NON ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY - NOW AVAILABLE
In order to avoid disruption during this time of uncertainty we have taken measures to ensure that our customers have the option of choosing a NON ROYAL MAIL ALTERNATIVE* for delivery of their order.
Most of our larger items are already sent by courier as standard, but with smaller items we now offer the option of choosing a COURIER SERVICE rather than Royal Mail.
On the checkout page simply select the preferred delivery option and the price will be calculated.

5-7 days (Royal Mail) = FREE
2-3 days (Royal Mail - Tracked)*
Next Day (Royal Mail - Special Delivery*
1-2 Days (Courier Service)*
We are still offering our FREE delivery option via Royal Mail for those who are not concerned about potential delays, and you can still select the Tracked and Special Delivery option as Royal Mail have confirmed these will be largely unaffected but there may be some delays.
Larger items are sent by Courier Services and delivery will be unaffected by any strike action.
We strongly recommend choosing the COURIER SERVICE if it is important that your delivery arrives without any delays.

Delivery Costs
Where applicable the delivery cost will be shown when a product is added to the basket, for many products however we will offer free delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Free delivery only relates to goods supplied to the UK mainland. For overseas deliveries an extra £10 (£5 for Ireland) will be charged on items weighing up to 1.25kgs. For heavier items outside of the UK mainland please order online and we will contact you with a quote for delivery and no payment will be taken until the delivery price has been agreed.
Delivery on smaller items is usually via Royal Mail so should for any reason you are not available to take delivery a note will be left through your door. You will then be able to re-arrange delivery or pick it up from your local post office/sorting office. Larger items are sent via our network of couriers usually on a 48 hour delivery service.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are usually despatched on the same day, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 2pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.
The delivery time stated against each product provides an estimate of how long it will take to deliver an item in working days. We will often outperform these estimates but on occasions, and often due to circumstances outside of our control your product may be delayed. If this occurs then you can use the order status facility to find out where your product is.
Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.
Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day, etc there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Only specific items are available for Next Day Delivery, availibility of these items will be shown when an item has been added to the basket, and Next Day Delivery option has been selected.
Next Day Delivery is only available for UK delivery addresses.
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched on the next working, for Friday this will usually be Monday, providing neither Friday or Monday are Bank Holidays.
Order placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day (usually Monday), and delivered the following working day (in most cases Tuesday).
Next Day Delivery Items must be signed for.
You may still be charged the Next Day Delivery rate if you select Next Day Delivery, even if your product is not available for Next Day Delivery.
International
For overseas orders please contact us before ordering to get an estimate of delivery times and cost.
We are happy to deliver to BFPO addresses. Delivery is charged at the standard UK Mainland rate.
Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
